ODL offers various privacy options for doors depending on glass size and selection, ranging from solid panel doors with 100% privacy to doors with limited glass to allow natural light to enter while still maintaining privacy. 

Safety

ODL doors are built with safety in mind, without sacrificing style, light, or personal taste. All of our doors are constructed with reinforced door stiles and an enhanced lock block, providing solid reinforcement to the handle set and increased security in the event of forced entry into the home. 

Premium Construction

Our Premium Construction doors feature full-length engineered lumber that runs along the full height of the door. This allows for a higher placement location for a deadbolt, providing added security.

Fire-Rated

The majority of our doorglass options feature double- or triple-pane construction and include two panes of tempered glass for enhanced safety and performance.

Additionally, our decorative doorglass uses a spectrophotometer and a proprietary method to provide a precise and proven opacity level for all of our doorglass designs. Privacy ratings of High and Maximum offer the most protection from outside viewers while still allowing natural light to enter the home.

Blinds + Glass

Blinds + Glass — enclosed blinds positioned between clear glass — offer maximum safety for children and pets, with external controls to allow the desired level of light and privacy. 

Our cordless blinds are enclosed between two panes of tempered glass to eliminate potential danger from dangling cords and have received the Parents for Window Blind Safety (PFWBS) Seal of Approval and the Window Covering Manufacturers Association (WCMA) Best for Kids certificate.
